Both Fedex Express 2nd Day Air and Fedex Home delivery / Fedex Ground packages have tracking number which can be accessed by logging in at Luctrd.com with your username and password, accessing your customer area / orders history.  ONCE AN ORDER SHIPS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE AND FEDEX MARKS IT AS DELIVERED WITH AN AVAILABLE PROOF OF DELIVERY, WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OF ANY STOLEN MERCHANDISE OR CLAIMS OF NON DELIVERED ORDERS, UNLESS WE CAN DETERMINE THROUGH FEDEX ANY KIND OF MALPRACTICE ON THEIR END AND WE CAN FILE A CLAIM FOR A FULL REFUND – We do NOT request or require a signature for FedEx deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your FedEx driver’s discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

If you prefer to select items directly from a list of all items, simply go directly to the Checkout and select your items there. For detailed product information, please check our website first. If you cannot find what you’re looking for, contact us. We do not sell our customer list, so rest assured that your privacy is protected at LUCT If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. LUCT does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use LUCT only with involvement of a parent or guardian. LUCT reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Shipping Options

We ship most orders within 1 business day, 48-72 hours can be too.
· Domestic orders are shipped now by FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery for items exceeding certain measures (w.e big containers such as proteins or weight gainers), and Fedex Express 2nd day air for small items. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must either list a valid street address with your order. Fedex Express 2nd day air is included for free for any order that qualifies in size and quantities for either Fedex Envelope and/or Fedex Pack. Fedex Express 2nd day air service counts strictly business days and does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday (for example, an order shipped out on thursday should arrive by monday of the following week. An order shipped out on Friday should arrive on Tuesday the following week).

Fedex Ground / Home delivery has an estimate delivery time of 2-5 business days depending on the state of destination. All orders are being currently shipped from Florida. For destinations within the 48 contiguous United States which can be sent by FedEx Express 2nd day air or Home Delivery service, orders ship free of shipping cost. Fedex 2nd day air service is restricted to orders that do not exceed Fedex Padded Pack or Fedex Envelope will ship for free as well, but via Fedex Ground / Fedex Home Delivery with an estimate of 2-5 business days depending on the shipping distance.  

· We do NOT request or require a signature for FedEx deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your FedEx driver’s discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

· FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidayss. Our Fedex Home Delivery shipping service does not offer deliveries on Saturdays with extra cost. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

· There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you are placing the order after 12:00 noon EST (9:00 AM PST), it is likely your order will be shipped the following business day, although we try to ship same day most orders received up to 3:00 PM EST that day.

· We will charge you a $15 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer’s error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $15 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction. LUCT cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered or incorrect addresses. We will use as shipping address the one provided by the customer as SHIPPING ADDRESS, unless other instructions are received via E-mail through before confirmation than the order has been shipped. If we manage to stop and re-route the shipment as stated above, the mentioned $15 fee will be charged. If the shipping company cant deliver the order due to a wrong or incorrect address, undeliverable address, unknown recipient or any other cause at their discretion and the package is returned to us, customer will be responsible of the outbound shipping charges, plus the returning charges plus a 20% restocking fee. LUCT will reimburse the balance to the original method of payment. No full refunds will be issue to returned orders unless LUCT determines that the cause of the return was our responsibility.

Damages and Shortages

Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to LUCT within 24 hours of receipt. LUCT will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. LUCT will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. LUCT will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will mark the product “out of stock” on our website. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available. You should place a separate order containing only in-stock products to have it processed immediately. 

Legal Notices Any litigation, dispute, or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with Scilabs Nutrition shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and particularly the State of Florida and shall be heard and venued in the County of Collier. These policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
